(as much as 86%) say they are satisfied with their job, with 33% saying
they are very satisfied.

Blue-collar work is rewarding despite its physically demanding nature for
many jobs. There is a lower barrier to entry with these kinds of jobs since
a college education and specialized experience are typically not required.
