How to Post a Job On Monster<\/h2>\n

Creating a Monster Account or Sign into an Existing Account<\/h3>\n

You\u2019ll start by going to the Monster website<\/a> and clicking the \u201cFor Employers\u201d button on the upper, right hand corner of the page. On the next page, click the button \u201cPost a Job for Free\u201d on the left-hand side of the page. That will bring you to the pricing page, and you can begin the process by clicking the \u201cStart Free Trial\u201d button included on any of the three plan descriptions.<\/p>\n

That will bring you to the \u201cSign In\u201d page, which will include a screen that looks like this:<\/p>\n

As a new user, you\u2019ll stay on the \u201cNew to Monster?\u201d screen. There, you\u2019ll enter the general information they request.<\/p>\n

On the next screen, you\u2019ll enter your payment information. That will include your credit card and billing information. Once the page is complete, you\u2019ll click \u201cPlace Order\u201d, and to be on your way.<\/p>\n

The Monster Dashboard<\/h3>\n

After you\u2019ve signed up for the service, you\u2019ll begin managing your account from the Monster dashboard.<\/p>\n

This is the \u201ccontrol tower\u201d of your Monster account. From there, you\u2019ll be able to manage existing job postings, purchase additional subscriptions as necessary, and search resumes that match your job posting. The \u201cResume Search\u201d section enables you to quickly access relevant resumes. You can do this by clicking the job categories listed under \u201cSaved Searches\u201d.<\/p>\n

Posting a Job On Monster<\/h3>\n

The top bar of the page will be your best friend for navigating the site. If you want to post a new position, you can do it by clicking \u201cPost A Job\u201d on the top bar.<\/p>\n
